  2. finding-the-melody-within said: Headaches are my nemesis. Some things that help me: lying in a cool, dark place, a cool cloth on my eyes, quiet relaxing music, a shower, going to sleep (your head can’t hurt while you’re asleep).
  3. redheadbouquet said: oh, i wish i could come and make you tea and give you a head rub. :( sometimes breathing cold air and drinking hot things with milk in them helps my headaches…
